About our company

The idea for this company was born while I was working at Advance Auto Parts. One day, a couple came in looking for a shop recommendation after their car broke down while they were traveling. Unfortunately, every nearby shop was fully booked. Wanting to help, I offered to take a look once my shift ended. I worked on their vehicle right there in the parking lot, and they were able to get back on the road that night instead of booking a hotel. That experience sparked the idea for a mobile automotive service—to help people exactly when and where they need it most.

My interest in the automotive world began when I got my first car, a 1993 Foxbody Mustang. From that point on, I became committed to learning the ins and outs of automotive repair. Over time, I’ve taught myself how to maintain and upgrade not just my own vehicles, but also those of friends and family. About a year ago, I completed a full transmission swap on my Mustang, converting it from automatic to manual. That project ignited a deeper passion within me for hands-on work and helping others bring their vehicles to life.

Recently, while doing a tune-up on my wife’s car, I came up with a practical solution for working in poor weather conditions: using my truck’s awning as a mobile cover to shield from rain and sun. That simple idea added one more piece to the mobile mechanic puzzle—and solidified my decision to launch this business.
